You have a legal right to peaceably enjoy your home. You do not have to suffer the distress caused by rowdy neighbours, litter, vandalism or misbehaviour of others. If you are affected by these or similar issues, please do not suffer in silence.
CWRA have been in contact with Police who are urging residents to contact them when they are distressed by the behaviour of others.
Here's what to do:
CALL THE CONCIERGE - 029 2046 3012
to report the incident - remember they are not security
trained and so are not able deal with any incident themselves
THEN DEPENDING ON THE NATURE OF THE INCIDENT
DIAL 029 2087 1650
for Cardiff Council's Noise Control Patrols
Wed - Sun after 7pm
OR
DIAL 101 POLICE
for noise, rowdiness or similar incidents
OR
DIAL 999 POLICE
when you or another resident, or property, is in
danger or are suffering distress from threatening
or anti -social behaviour by other.
THEN -
Remember to ask the Concierge (or the Police if reported to them) for an Incident Number
and keep details for any future re-occurrence or enquiries.
Remember you have the legal right to live in your home in peace.
By reporting anti-social behaviour, you help yourself and others to enjoy that right.
